Right after BOTW I decided to hit the conditioning HARD. Deadlifts, squats, military press, pull ups, push ups, sit ups, dips, and all the heavy core work. Also started running the hills again.
That was one of the things that could have really helped me out in the tournament.
I realized that I'm going to be given a blue belt within the next couple months. When that happens, people are going to be trying to rip my head off.
Nevertheless, I'm preparing my body for the upcoming trials of the next couple months.
Trying to add about 10 lbs of solid muscle to my frame.
