Pull butterfly. Nearside arm grabs far knee. Shin on thigh, pressure towards them. Spin and sit to guard

Still at it
Slowed down due to schedule, but have been picking stuff up lately. Went to Drysdale's- got some stuff from Leite half guard and passing z guard. Also scambling stuff.
Today we worked on back control.
Underhook escape counters-
-forward shrimp roll back
-force belly down to roll back under.
-come to knees and retake back.
Lately I've been working on closed guard, spider, and dlr. Lots to tinker with.
