SD training

to be expanded later-

-half guard pass
smash legs (marcelo pass)
sprawl and block knee with arm
other arm on opponent's hip (bent in tight to defend omoplata)
replace arm with knee (pinch knees), crossface
mobile crossface
underhook

-crossfacing
rip chin to side for better control
mobile crossface- use to move head

-side control smash

ribs on diaphragm, or rib to rib
crossface to prevent half guard recovery
move head to position for underhooked arm to wrap under opponent's back below shoulders (blade of wrist is best) perpendicular
bridging motion

-half guard bottom
stuff wrist with top arm to hip
either wait for reaction or just replace guard depending on side

high frame- elbow in armpit

shallow underhook

stop crossface via blocking wrist or blocking bicep

-shaolin/brabo choke
to finish- switch outside knee to opponent's hip, step over with other foot to mount

-kimura defense (half guard)
re-kimura them

-double leg takedown
shoot and penetrate with knee on inside
drive them 90 degrees
to prevent guillotine- swing their outside leg and take them off their feet to the side
